Organizational Change

Organizational change requirements could be initiated through diagnostic, economic, organizational or technology drivers. Often it is identified through the need to reduce costs, improve revenues or through technology introduction that requires the organization to adapt to new business processes and methods of operation.

The diagnostic cause is driven from performing a Capability Maturity Model assessment in review of the business, delivery methodologies, employee skills and technical capabilities of the organization in definition or expected implementation of new business strategy.
