Our diagnostic services can be tailored to your needs and combined with any of our other Omega Value or Omega Point services. They are designed to examine the gaps between where the organization is today, the business vision (strategy) for where it is headed and prioritizing innovative initiatives. This is achieved by assessing any one of or combination of profit distribution, process effectiveness or technology capability and assigning a business value to be associated with the initiative. Profit Pattern Analysis

This module examines the distribution of revenues to cost of supplier channels, internal and customer / distributor channels. These are then used to identify where the highest amount of revenues are used, compared to industry patterns and used for prioritizing initiatives designed to reduce costs. The deliverable from this module is a cross organizational chart of the profit patterns and where the greatest costs and potential for improvements can be found.

 
Process Pattern Analysis

This module examines the business process with suppliers channels, internal and customer distributor channels. These are then used to identify where processes may be improved, streamlined or defined to support new channels or methods of interaction. The deliverable from this module is a graphical definition of the current business processes and potential / future business process that could be implemented.

 
Technology Readiness Assessment

This module investigates the current applications, architecture, platforms and technology capabilities and assesses these to the business vision and capabilities that can be delivered through the use of disruptive technologies. The deliverable from this module is a report outlining current technology capabilities, delivery processes, gaps and / or issues that may need to be addressed and recommendations for improvement in the form of the report, architecture and technologies to match the business vision.

 
Business Value Assessment

This module incorporates the output of any or all of the above module or separately could be used to determine the cost and return on investment from identified and prioritized innovations from the Strategy service. The deliverable for this module is a set of charts that can be incorporated into a business case or optionally the business case itself could be produced.
