We do this either by reviewing and providing recommendation for a delivery partner, selecting the contractor / employee resources and / or through taking the end-end delivery management responsibility in conjunction with either of these approaches.

We assist you in identifying, evaluating and selecting a delivery partner from our affiliates or the marketplace to either work with yourself or be managed by GenOmega Partners using our Delivery Management methodology.

 

Workforce Evaluation and Selection

We assist you in evaluating and selecting the workforce for your prioritised initiatives to ensure the correctly skilled and experienced resources are selected from available affiliates of GenOmega, contractors and / or employees and ensure that when employee's are involved there is appropriate skill transfer. The program of work and / or projects can be managed by yourself or by GenOmega Partners using our Delivery Management methodology to achieve rapid success.

 

Delivery Management & Methodology

Our Delivery Management methodology is designed to achieve business measurable deliverables in eight - twelve weeks and follows a process of iteration, time boxing backwards and weekly omega reports for the current program / project status so there are no surprises. Though our methodology GenOmega is able to perform and take responsibility for the delivery management ensuring that the objectives are obtained and the project is delivered on time, within budget and with business measurable results.
